Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we absolutely create custom orders! Please reach out with your specifications and we’d be happy to provide a quote.
How long will it take before orders are shipped?
In-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items take 1 week lead time before shipping due to the handcrafting process.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We happily accept returns and exchanges. For any issues or if you’d like an exchange, please email us a photo or the issue within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be in original condition. Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable. Please contact us to start a return/exchange request.
Do you sell finished products or kits?
We offer high-quality finished products that are expertly handcrafted in our studio. For those who want to DIY, we also offer crochet patterns and project kits that include all the materials and instructions needed to make the products yourself!
